Overview
This policy describes how TrackOps CoachAI ("we", "us") collects and uses information when you use our platform, websites, and mobile applications.
Data we collect
We collect: (a) account information you provide (name, email, company); (b) telematics data forwarded by your fleet provider with your authorization; and (c) usage data from our web and mobile apps.
How we use data
Telematics and operator data is used solely to produce operator scores, coaching content, and fleet analytics for the customer who owns the fleet. We do not sell personal data.
Data retention
Raw telematics is retained for 24 months. Aggregated metrics are retained for the life of your account. You may request deletion at any time.
